What to do when your taxi company gets bad reviews.
It never ceases to amaze me how eager people are to write a bad
review on taxi service. Almost all the time taxi drivers are trying
hard to fight traffic and obsticles to get a passenger to the airport
or their job. Most of the time these drivers have provided safe
rides. This has not convinced the customer to even think about
writing a good review.
The first step in eliminating bad taxi reviews is to "flag as
inappropriate". You can contact the search engine this way and if
they find the review in violation of the terms they will remove it.

competitors. The other cab companies try to discredit the
company by making false accusations of bad cab service. Boro

drivers. It is devestating to the reputation of the company and in

legitimate. In cases like this it may be necessary to close the

The dispatcher is like the front line to the negative feedback from
a customer. The dispatcher may appear to be rude at times
because it is a very stressful job. With long hours and many tasks

The best thing to do is just give good service wether it be a taxi
cab, car service or limo. The chances of getting a bad review will
be lessened even though there will be those people who you can't
please no matter how hard you try!
